We start with an onboarding process to help you find your shop, design and build it out. As you get closer to opening, we have new franchise owners join us in Denver for our 1-week pre-opening training program. Here we cover all of the essentials: daily operations, POS and technology, advertising and local marketing, plus financial management and managing the overall business. We also go over the best ways to create loyal, raving fans and find your ideal team.
Once you complete TUCU (The Urban Cookie University), we provide up to a week of additional training and support in The Urban Cookie shop you are about to open. Franchise owners have our ongoing guidance and support - we can't wait to have you Join us!
