Inspired to open a cookie bakery

After working a very dull office role, sitting behind a computer for eight hours a day - Denon knew it was time to tie up the sneakers, grab an apron and toss some flour around again. 

October 2020

Introducing The Urban Cookie - started creating the perfect recipes and began constructing the Colfax Avenue shop.

January 2021

Celebrated our Grand Opening and began sharing our delectable cookies with the community!

Spring 2022

Ownership opportunities became available for the first time ever with The Urban Cookie!!
